This page explains what happens to information you provide through this website. It is deliberately short, because this site collects very little.
What we collect
If you fill in a contact form or email the address listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, your contact details, and a description of your situation. We also receive standard analytics data about visits to the site, such as pages viewed and the general region a visit came from. That analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
How we use it
Information you send is used to respond to you and, if you become a client, to handle your matter. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Confidentiality before you are a client
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details through this website. Contacting the firm through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before that relationship exists may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Once we have run a conflicts check and agreed to represent you in writing, the usual protections apply.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the pages. Your browser settings can block these cookies, and the site works normally if you do.
Scheduling
The “Schedule a Consultation” buttons open a booking page hosted by Clio, our practice management provider. Information you enter there is handled under Clio's own privacy terms as well as this policy.
Retention, access and questions
